Missionary Training Center Turns 50

About 13 years ago I entered the Missionary Training Center (MTC) on my way to Brazil. This year the training center turns 50. I thought I would make a quick post about it. 

I remember well the long hours learning Portuguese. I remember the all you could eat food, the early morning workouts in the gym and the large devotional meetings. It was a fast two months and then I was off for Brazil. I learned a lot in the MTC but it took another couple months on Brazil before i became fluent in the language.
