Even though we were doing canning for our own use, I am always amazed at what the church does for its people. Back in Calif. we used to give a lot of our volunteer time to the wet pack cannery in Sacramento. I remember it being a fun, enjoyable experience, right down to the tomato fights we had at the end of our shifts...just before clean-up, that is! We have an awesome church!
