Hill Climbing

Yesterday I got out and did some more hills. I did several sets of intervals up the mountain. I am trying to get back into shape so I can keep up with the younger guys as they blast up the mountain. I have to say my lungs were hanging out by the time I was done. Check that...they were hanging out after the second interval.  I am not that old but yesterday was difficult. I am determined to get back in shape.
